My journey began in property management, where I honed my skills in guided processes, client care, and team collaboration. After graduating with a degree in real estate I transitioned into financial advising allowed me to deepen my expertise in investment strategies and personalized financial planning, helping clients navigate their financial journeys with confidence. That experience gave me a deep understanding of investment principles, market trends, and long-term planning — skills that now play a key role in how I guide my real estate clients. Today as I realtor, having managed diverse residential properties and navigated complex financial landscapes, I am well-equipped to guide clients through every step of their real estate journey - whether buying, selling, or investing.

Beyond the office, I’m a proud mom to a lively toddler who keeps me on my toes and reminds me daily of the importance of planning for the future. I’m also a passionate sports fan and a proud Florida State alum—Go Noles! I believe that my personal experiences enrich my professional perspective, allowing me to connect with clients and colleagues in unique way.

Once you’ve found the home that’s right for you, I will guide you through the process of making an offer, negotiating the terms of the sale, getting your potential purchase inspected, repaired and appraised, and assist in coordinating you to clear to close.

Helping find a buyer for your home is only one facet in the process to get your home sold.

There are many more aspects including performing a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) to help determine your home’s value, helping to prepare your home for sale, listing your home, and marketing your home.

Once you accept an offer I will keep you informed throughout the process, assist you with the paperwork, negotiate on your behalf, make sure deadlines are met, and work with the escrow company all the way to the closing table.
